Luminare has an opening order minimum of 24 pieces. Each specific design has a minimum amount of 4 pieces.

Processing time before your order ships is 3 weeks. If you are ordering over 100 pieces, the processing time might be slightly longer. If a rush order is needed, Luminare can provide this for an additional fee of 25% of the total order price.

We ship domestic orders via the Unites States Postal Service unless you have your own method of shipping you request, or would like to arrange a pickup yourself. Luminare is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once delivered. 

Luminare does not accept return or exchanges. However, we will replace or refund anything damaged during shipment if picture proof is emailed to luminareny@gmail.com within a week of delivery. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
